Hi, I’m Tere.

I’ve spent the last 25 years helping women move, feel, and live better through fitness, Pilates, and strength training.

Over the years, I’ve learned that there isn’t one perfect workout for every person—or even for every day. Sometimes you need to challenge yourself. Sometimes you need to restore. Most of the time, you need a little of both.

Before we dive into the workouts, let me share a little bit about myself.

Movement has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Throughout my career, I’ve worn many hats—group fitness instructor, personal trainer, Pilates instructor, studio owner, educator, and entrepreneur. Through every chapter, one thing has remained the same: my passion for helping people feel their best through movement.

For nearly two decades, Pilates has been at the heart of my work. It has taught me that strength isn’t just about muscles—it’s about longevity, resilience, and creating a body that supports you through every season of life.

One of the greatest gifts of this journey has been the community I’ve built. Some of my clients have been with me for 10, 15, and even 20+ years. Together, we’ve celebrated milestones, navigated challenges, and discovered that movement is about so much more than how we look—it’s about how we feel.

What I’ve learned after all these years is that the best results come from balance. Strength training builds power and resilience. Pilates creates control, mobility, and awareness. Together, they help you build a strong, capable body designed not just for today, but for the years ahead.

That’s why I created Living Pilates.

A place where you can find the workout that matches your mood, your energy, and your schedule. Whether you have 5 minutes or 60, you’ll find movement that meets you where you are and helps you become even stronger.

My mission is simple: to help you move well, feel strong, and build a body that supports the life you want to live.

I’m so glad you’re here.

Welcome to Living Pilates.
